Dean’s name inspires confidence in the job and trust to many who know him through it, so when we came to expand and re-brand in 2011, there was no better choice than to call ourselves Dean Austerfield Flooring.

Through 2010 we had built a loyal customer base and we began to receive some wonderful word-of-mouth recommendations. Still, only being a new company we had put down some strong roots and knew that a bigger, better showroom was the way forward.

Dean has worked in the flooring industry for over 23 years.  He was the manager at another store for many years and realised that nothing would be better than to provide an excellent level of service and customer satisfaction with a company that was his own.

John Murrell, Assistant Manager, has now joined our team and together he and Dean provide a competent, first class service for our customers.
